This is an American Heart Association approved course and is specific to the health care provider. This is virtually the ONLY certification accepted by employers in Utah. We are THE experts.
Course Includes:
- The most current science from the American Heart Association Guidelines.
- Differences between adult, child and infant rescue techniques
- CPR with an advanced airway
*AHA requires students to have the current BLS Provider Manual. Utah CNA Training Centers provides this manual if necessary, in an eBook version for $15 at checkout.
If you do not work in health care, but need CPR/CPR + First Aid training, the appropriate Heartsaver First Aid & CPR course is offered by EMT Utah. If you have taken or plan to take the BLS CPR course online through AHA, we offer an in-person skills passoff training session.
BLS CPR E-Cards will be sent within 1-7 business days after the CPR class (usually the next business day). If you’ve taken a CPR class, but have not received your eCard in your email, check your junk mail folder. You can also clam eCards by visiting www.heart.org/cpr/mycards, and entering your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.
